The Lasting Power of Attorney is available from Steele Rose & Co for only £140 plus VAT and you may register the document(s) when required. If you also require Steele Rose to prepare and submit the registration documents to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) for you, the total fee is £290 plus VAT.*
A Consultant will visit you in the comfort and privacy of your home, throughout England and Wales for no additional charge.
Each LPA requires the signature of an approved Certificate Provider and eventual registration with the Office of the Public Guardian.

A Lasting Power of Attorney is a comprehensive legal document that requires a Certificate Provider's Statement, the nomination of at least one Attorney and the details of at least one other person to be notified on registration (or a second Certificate Provider's Statement).

* The OPG may charge an additional fee of up to £120 if registration is required, based upon the Donor's income and any associated fee remission or exemption.
