The Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is available from Steele Rose & Co for only £140 plus VAT and you may register the document(s) when required, or to include the preparation and submission of the registration documents to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) the total fee is £290 plus VAT (an additional fee of up to £120 may also be payable to the OPG depending on the Donor's income and the associated fee exemption).
A Consultant will visit you in the comfort and privacy of your home, throughout England and Wales for no additional charge.
Each LPA requires the signature of an approved Certificate Provider and eventual registration with the Office of the Public Guardian.
Steele Rose have experienced Legal Consultants who provide advice, complete, print and bind the LPA(s) on your behalf, act as Certificate Providers (if required) and ensure documents are correctly signed and witnessed, at no additional charge.
A Lasting Power of Attorney is a comprehensive 24 or 28 page legal document that requires a Certificate Provider's Statement, the nomination of at least one Attorney and the details of at least one other person to be notified on registration (or a second Certificate Provider's Statement).
